COLUMBUS (WCMH) — The Ohio State University is offering free basketball tickets to federal employees for the duration of the government shutdown.
According to a release from the Ohio State University, beginning Friday night with the men’s basketball game against Maryland, and continuing throughout the government shutdown, all federal government employees can receive two free tickets to all Ohio State athletics events, including men’s and women’s basketball, men’s ice hockey, wrestling, women’s gymnastics and men’s lacrosse.
The offer may be redeemed only on the day of the event and it’s based on availability.
Federal government employees are limited to two complimentary tickets per event and must show a valid federal government ID.
