One person was arrested at a sobriety checkpoint in Franklin County Friday night.
According to the Franklin County DUI Task Force, officers conducted a sobriety checkpoint on Alum Creek Drive between Williams road and Interstate 270 from 7 to 11pm Friday. The task force checked a total of 320 vehicles. Thirty of those vehicles were diverted.
Officers issued 12 citations, including driver license violations, vehicle registration violations, restraints citations and more. One person was arrested for driving under the influence.
Officials have not identified the person arrested on DUI charges.
