COLUMBUS (WCMH) — NBC4 and the Columbus Division of Fire collected enough toy donations to fill two and a half semi-trailers and more than $52,000 in monetary and gift card donations (up from $41,000 in 2016) at the 40th annual Firefighters 4 Kids Toy Drive.
As always, firefighters will collect through the holiday to fulfill the need this year.
Toy drives will be held on December 16 from 9am-4pm at the following fire stations:
- Station 72 at 3861 Reed Rd. in Upper Arlington
- Station 91 at 6255 Shier Rings Rd. In Dublin
- Worthington fire station at 6500 N. High St.
Donations will be accepted at all local fire stations through December 24.
