Columbus Police are searching for a high-risk missing adult who checked himself out of a local hospital and left on foot more than a week ago.
John Stephen Jr., 69, was last seen near the intersection of North Broadway and Olentangy River Road near Riverside Methodist Hospital on Friday, July 13, around noon. He is known to suffer from depression.
Stephen is described as a white male with white hair and blue eyes. He is 5-feet, 10-inches tall and wears approximately 175 pounds. Police do not have a description of the clothing he was last seen wearing.
