The Ohio State Highway Patrol, the Madison County Sheriff’s Office and the London Police Department will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint in Madison County Saturday night.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the checkpoint will be located on U.S. Route 40 near U.S. Route 42. The checkpoint will operate between 9pm to midnight.

OSP says officers will also be performing nearby saturation patrols to aggressively combat impaired driving.

Anyone who plans on drinking this weekend should have a designated driver or make other travel arrangements.
