COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – A summer staple is back at the Franklin Park Conservatory.

Wednesday marked the first farmers’ market of the season, bringing a selection of local, fresh produce and artisanal goods for people to peruse.

There was also a chance for children to get free vegetables through “Veggie Champs,” a program that teaches them about healthy eating.

The market sets up in the Wells Barn parking lot every Wednesday from 3:30-6:30 p.m. until Sept. 10.
