COLUMBUS (WCMH) – Movie theaters across the country are showing “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” this weekend in honor of the late Gene Wilder.

The iconic actor, also known for his roles in “Blazing Saddles” and “Young Frankenstein,” died Monday of complications from Alzheimer’s disease. He was 83.

AMC Theaters will show “Willy Wonka” at 5pm and “Blazing Saddles” at 7:30pm on Saturday and Sunday in 55 locations across the US. All tickets are $5 for each title.Here’s where you can catch the movie in our area:
