COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Columbus police have arrested a man accused of raping a toddler in an abandoned garage.

According to police, Charles Sadler was allegedly raping the 3-year-old child in an abandoned garage Friday afternoon, when a woman passing by saw what was happening and called officers.

Sadler was arrested and the child was taken to the hospital.

If convicted, Sadler could face up to 10 years in prison.
