GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS, OH (WCMH) —  A man from Upper Arlington is accused of trying to lure a group of teenage girls into his car on Saturday.

Grandview Heights police say 53-year-old Frank Tocci pulled up next to the girls on West First Avenue, and started blowing kisses and gesturing for the girls to get into the car. Police say the girls refused, and alerted police.

Moments later officers made contact with Tocci and arrested him after he admitted to approaching the girls and offering them a ride. He is charged with criminal child enticement, a first degree misdemeanor.

Police said Tocci has a long criminal history that includes felonious assault, robbery, and public indecency.

He is currently being held at the Franklin County Jail.
