NEWARK, OH (WCMH)–Newark Police say they have arrested Roy Miller, 41, who allegedly used his phone to take photos up a woman’s skirt in a CVS.
Miller was arrested Thursday after turning himself in to police. His cell phone was collected as evidence.
Police say he was arraigned on one count of voyeurism, a first-degree misdemeanor.
