COLUMBUS (WCMH) — One man is recovering after being shot in a parking lot at the Crossroads East Shopping Center on South Hamilton Road.

Columbus Police officers said they were in the area when they heard gunfire at about 3:13 a.m. Saturday. Witnesses said they flagged these officers down to tell them the suspects were in a green Mustang.
Police said the 24-year-old victim was taken to Grant Medical Center in critical condition, but later upgraded to stable condition.
Investigators spoke with two persons of interest, but no suspects or motives have been released.
