DELAWARE, OH (WCMH)–A Westerville man was sentenced to jail time Wednesday after a 2015 boating accident that left a teen dead.
Andrew Lehman, 36, was found guilty of failure to avoid a collision, which is a misdemeanor. He had three other misdemeanor charges dismissed. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 10 of which were suspended, and will be on probation for 2 years.

Investigators with the Ohio Division of Watercraft said Morgan Montgomery, 19, was with other campers and counselors on Alum Creek Lake when she fell off her skis and was then struck by another boat last August.
