COLUMBUS (WCMH) – Police are asking for help locating a missing 78-year-old man from west Columbus.

Charles M. Wilson, 78, was last seen at his home on the 3100 block of Sullivant Avenue around 6:30pm Sunday.

Police say Wilson suffers from short term memory loss and is on medication for dementia.

Wilson was last seen wearing a black coat, red hat and possibly khaki pants.

Wilson carries a medical alert card in his wallet stating he has dementia.
