WHITEHALL, Ohio (WCMH)–A local masseur has been arrested and charged with rape after allegedly forcing himself onto several clients.

According to Whitehall Division of Police, several women reported being touched inappropriately during massages they received from William G. Pratt.

The women told police that during a massage session, Pratt rubbed his genitals on their hands and body.

One victim told police that Pratt attempted to perform oral sex on her.

Pratt was arrested and charged with one count of rape, and was in court Thursday where a judge issued him a bond of $100,000.
