Memorial Day honors those who lost their lives serving in the US Armed Forces. This weekend many businesses, restaurants and retailers will offer discounts and FREE admission to show their appreciation. We’ll continue to add more deals and freebies as we find them!

WHAT DO TO FOR FUN

King’s Island

Head southwest for FREE admission to Kings Island and Soak City water park. Active and retired members of the US military get in free on Memorial Day. Just bring your valid military ID. Bring the whole family and get up to six additional tickets at a discounted price of $29.99.

Cedar Point

Cedar Point will celebrate ‘Armed Forces Weekend’ again this year. All active, retired and honorably discharged members of the US military receive FREE admission to the amusement park as well as Soak City water park on Memorial Day. Valid ID is required to get this awesome deal!

Columbus Zoo

Active and non-active duty military personnel can receive a $2 discount on up to six tickets when they show valid ID!

Cincinnati Zoo

Check out the Cincinnati Zoo! Active and retired military as well as National Guard members, veterans with honorable or medical discharge and Reserve Officers’ Training Corps will get in for FREE. You can also buy six additional tickets at half-price.

The Jet Express

Any Veteran or active member of the military can ride the Jet Express for FREE on Memorial Day when they show proper ID. The offer is valid at both the Port Clinton and Sandusky dock for service to Put-in-Bay or Kelleys Island.

Boston Market

The restaurant chain is celebrating Memorial Day by giving everyone 25% off any Family Meal. You have to present the coupon when ordering, which you can grab by tapping here. The deal is good on Memorial Day only

McCormick & Schmick’s

Members of the US military, National Guard and Veterans get a FREE lunch or dinner on Memorial Day. Reservations are recommended.

Outback Steakhouse

Outback Steakhouse is honoring military members or veterans and their families from May 27th all the way until July 4th by taking 15% off the entire check. Just show your military ID when you’re ready to pay to get the discount.

Shoney’s

Members of the US military can enjoy a FREE All-American Burger at Shoney’s on Memorial Day.

Spaghetti Warehouse

The Spaghetti Warehouse is offering a major discount on dinner this Memorial Day. A ‘Family Feast for 4’ is just $30 with this coupon Saturday through Memorial Day.
