MORGAN CO., OH (WCMH) — The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office says a 52-year-old man reported missing returned home safe.
The sheriff’s office says Phillip Mattick was last seen Friday at his residence near the Homer Twp./Elliot Cross Road area.
By Sunday morning, he returned home in good health.
