LOS ANGELES (WCMH)–A mountain lion was spotted in an affluent Los Angeles neighborhood Friday, prompting a wide response from law enforcement.

John F. Kennedy High School–home of the Golden Cougars–was briefly locked down after the big cat roamed around campus.

The mountain lion was caught on video running around and leaping on neighborhood walls and roofs before it was apparently hit with a tranquilizer dart, NBC Los Angeles reported.

It stopped in the yard of a home to take a nap.
