NES Classic sells out in first day

COLUMBUS (WCMH) – If you haven’t picked up Nintendo’s NES Classic yet, you could already be out of luck for a while.

Nintendo released the throwback version Friday for $60, and CNN reported it is already sold out on Amazon.

Best Buy, Gamestop and Target are only selling the device in stores.

The system comes pre-loaded with 30 games such as Super Marion Bros. 3, Mega Man 2 and Castlevania.

If you really want one, sellers on Ebay are selling theirs for as much as $1,000.

The original NES was released in Japan in 1983 and remained in production until it was discontinued in 1995.
