GEORGETOWN, TX (WLEX) One touching moment caught on camera in Scott County, Kentucky is making waves on social media, proving that it only takes a few seconds to make a difference.
Rita Baker said that she knew that she was experiencing something special, and immediately grabbed her phone to capture the moment.
“I just happened to look to my right and see the officer standing there talking to this gentleman and then he reached out for prayer,” said Baker.
After praying with the man who appeared to be homeless, the officer later returned to give the man some food.
