RICHMOND HEIGHTS, OH (WKYC) — With just 42 days to go until Election Day, things are getting personal.

Patricia Ackerman of Richmond Heights, Ohio knows that all too well after a guy named “Bob” left her a brazen and disturbing anti-Hillary voicemail at her home.

In the voicemail “Bob” says in a friendly voice, “Hello Patricia! My name is Bob with American United. We are a research company….because you supported Hillary Clinton, I mean she’s a terrible person. everyone who works for her is awful. I mean, you know she’s crooked. She can’t do the job. She can’t keep anything secret or protected.”

Then the voicemail gets personal.

“I mean you’re an educator. I know you’re retired and everything. It’s just really strange that someone with your knowledge, your expertise, would ever want to support Hillary,” “Bob” says in a condescending preachy voice.

He even cited her Social Security number and threatens she needs to check all her accounts.

Bob goes on to warn, “Please take the extra precautions necessary to lock down all your accounts especially your bank account. I think you have a lot of money in there that these guys are going to start coming after shortly.”

“The most disturbing of all, is that was the correct social security number!” Ackerman told NBC affiliate WKYC-TV. “The gall of anyone thinking that such a call would dissuade me either from voting for or generating support for an opponent of Hillary Clinton is ludicrous.”

Patricia Ackerman has this statement for “Bob” from American United, “Go kick rocks.”

Ackerman is a former Ohio University trustee with a PHD. She is also Executive Director of Chalkdust Education Foundation, and founder of www.indeedwecode.com, a program that teaches African American girls computer coding and IT.

She says she has identify theft protection and has checked all of her accounts and they’re “in tact”.

The Richmond Heights Police Department is investigating.
