COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Columbus Police say one person is dead after a two-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon.

The crash happened around 12:14pm near the intersection of High Street and Arcadia Avenue. 27-year-old Brima Kamara failed to control his vehicle which led to a collision with 35-year-old Adrienne Gavula.

Both drivers involved in the crash were taken to OSU Medical Center.

Gavula died at the hospital.
