Many parents are complaining of mold found inside the valves of Tommee Tippee brand sippy cups, and some even say their children have been sick because of the substance.
The problem appears to be the One Piece Valve Cup.
The company has released a list of tips for cleaning the cups.
The company also released a statement Wednesday on their Facebook page in response to parent’s complaints and said they “have extensively tested the valves using recommended liquids and our specific cleaning guidelines.”
The company said they will replace unhappy parents’ cups.
