SPRING, TX (WCMH)–A Houston-area realtor went above and beyond to try and get her client’s house sold, and created a little panda-monium in the process.
Realtor Jessica Arnett donned a fuzzy panda suit and posed all over the four-bedroom, 3,100-square foot home to showcase its new hardwood floors, counter space, and lush green backyard.
She said in an email to NBC4 that the suit was supposed to be a prank to get the listing some “much-needed attention,” and it actually wasn’t her idea.
“It was the seller who ultimately wanted me to do it,” Arnett said. “I’m not opposed to having a little fun on the job either.”
Arnett said there haven’t been any offers yet on the home, which is listed for $199,900.
“I don’t know what my next idea will be but I guess I’ll really need to step up my game!” she said.What others are clicking on:
