UPPER DARBY, Pennsylvania (NBC/WCMH) — Police in Pennsylvania are looking for a man who was caught using his phone to take “upskirt” photos of a woman standing in line at a store.

The store’s surveillance camera caught the man taking a photo, then turning around only to return and take several more photos. Police said at one point the woman felt him brush her leg which caused her to turn around and confront him.

After the confrontation the man fled the store.

Police describe him as having a medium build, between 5′ 9″ and 5′ 10″, in his early 20’s with a goatee and beard.What others are clicking on:
