CINCINNATI, OH (WCMH) — Police arrested a Hamilton County man they say was using a website to set up armed robberies.
Michael Sullivan, 32, is accused of working with several unidentified co-defendants to set up the crimes using OfferUp.com, NBC affiliate WLWT-TV reports.
Police say Sullivan at various items listed for sale on the website, and would lure customers to come pick up their purchases at the Winton Terrace apartment complex. When the victims arrived, Sullivan and his accomplices would then rob them at gunpoint.
Sullivan now faces eight counts of aggravated robbery. There’s no current information on charges against his accomplices.What others are clicking on:
