CENTRAL OHIO (WCMH) — Nearly 2,000 people who were without power in Fairfield County for most of the night have been restored, according to AEP Ohio.
Crews are working on an issue with a substation in Lancaster that feeds power to the area. As of 10:18pm Sunday, 1,900 customers were without power in Fairfield County.
Officials originally projected power would be restored to the area by Monday evening. Around 10:30 this morning, several hours ahead of that estimate, power was restored.
