NEW YORK (WCMH) – Are granola bars healthy? What about butter or a baked potato?
A survey conducted by the New York Times blog, The Upshot shows there is often a big divide between what nutritionists consider healthy and what regular people consider healthy.
While almost everyone agrees carrots are good and cookies are bad, nutritionists and regular people disagree on the healthiness of things like granola bars and frozen yogurt.
In the case of granola bars, around 70 percent of Americans called it healthy. Less than 30 percent of nutritionists called them healthy.
The survey found that both nutritionists and the public were split about the healthiness of butter.What others are clicking on:
