COLUMBUS (WCMH) — A report from job finding website Glassdoor.com says Ohio is one of the best states for jobs especially in the Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati areas.
According to Glassdoor.com, Columbus (14), Cleveland (15) and Cincinnati (23) are all ranked in the top 25 best places for jobs in the country. San Jose, California ranked number one.
Ohio also tied with California for the best overall states for jobs with three cities apiece.
Glassdoor says they compiled the report by using the factors of how easy it is to get a job (hiring opportunity), how affordable it is to live there (cost of living), and how satisfied employees are working there (job satisfaction and work-life balance).
