COLUMBUS (WCMH)–A man has been indicted on ten counts after allegedly driving while intoxicated and crashing into another car, injuring two women and causing the death of an unborn baby.

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien made the announcement Tuesday. Tony Shea Muldrow, 38, allegedly drove his truck left of center and hit a Honda Accord head-on in the intersection of Hamilton Road and Dundee Avenue on August 13. He then reportedly fled the scene. The driver of the Honda, 36-year-old Roseline Keni, was in the left turn lane at the intersection.
A passenger in her car, 23-year-old Chislain Ngolo, was pregnant when the crash happened. She was taken to Grant Medical Center where it was determined that the baby did not make it.
Muldrow was indicted on one count of aggravated vehicular homicide (F2), one count of aggravated vehicular homicide (F3), two counts of aggravated vehicular assault (F3), two counts of vehicular assault (F4), one count of failure to stop after an accident (F3), one count of failure to stop after an accident (F5), and two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them (M1).
