DELAWARE, OH (WCMH) — Dozens of potential jurors spent their day inside the Delaware County Courthouse, Monday, waiting to see if they would be chosen to serve on F. Leon Wilson’s second trial.

Wilson’s first trial ended in a jury stalemate in February.

The original jury was unable to decide if he was innocent or guilty of inappropriately touching two of his former students, ages four and seven.

The 62-year-old former chess coach has been charged with three counts of gross sexual imposition, after two separate incidents last year.

The four day trial included video interviews with both young girls and medical experts for both the prosecution and defense.

Wilson also took the stand in his own defense.
