SAN ANTONIO, TX (CNN/WCMH) — Just days after a gunman opened fire, killing five police officers in Dallas, San Antonio police report multiple shots were fired at their downtown headquarter Saturday night.
Several officers inside the building reported hearing shots hitting the building.
Investigators taped off a large area and shut down several streets. The police chief said bullet casings were found in a nearby alley.
Officials described a suspect seen running from the area: a Hispanic man wearing an orange shirt and navy blue pants. Another person seen running from the area was detained.
