COLUMBUS (WCMH) — The Franklin County DUI Task Force has scheduled a sobriety checkpoint for Friday evening in Upper Arlington.
Task Force members will be patrolling Riverside Drive, south of Trabue Road in Upper Arlington, from 7-11pm.RELATED: Columbus Police schedule Friday night OVI checkpoint on Refugee Road
The Task Force wants to impress upon those who will be consuming alcohol to plan for a designated driver or make other arrangements.
Sobriety checkpoints are legal in Ohio as long as public notice is given that the checkpoint will be established.What others are clicking on:
