COLUMBUS (WCMH) – The Franklin County DUI Task Force says that two people were arrested for driving under the influence this weekend.
The Franklin County DUI Task Force conducted a sobriety checkpoint on Norton Road, south of West Broad Street from 9pm Friday night to 1am Saturday morning.
Officers checked a total of 736 vehicles. In addition to the two DUI arrests, officers issued 42 citations. Those citations included 23 driver license violators, one vehicle registration violation, 6 child restraint citations, one adult restraint citation and 11 other citations.
Officers also say they made two warrant arrests and impounded nine vehicles.What others are clicking on:
