COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – Some of the world’s strongest men and women are in town this weekend for the Amateur Strongman World Championships.

It’s part of the Arnold Sports Festival & Fitness Expo and for Keeley Moffitt its another chance to show what she’s made of.

“It’s my first Arnold. I can’t complain,” she says.

The Strong Woman competitor is nearly 6 feet tall and weighs in around 230 lbs. But hauling hundreds of pounds up and down a 60-foot spread still isn’t easy.

Moffitt’s been training nearly 2 years. This is her tenth competition and next year she’s coming back for more.

“I’ve been staying with the pack. Next year I want to be on top of the pack. So… I’m taking my time,” she says.

Finals for Amateur Strongman are Sunday at 1:30 p.m. on the Arnold Fitness EXPO Stage.
