FRANKLIN CO., Ohio (WCMH)–The man accused of killing a seven-year-old and wounding three other people was formally charged Friday, according to Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien.

Marctarius Grace was indicted on two counts of aggravated murder, one count of murder, three counts of attempted murder, three counts of felonious assault and participating in a criminal gang.
All counts carry gun and gang specifications for the March 4 shooting death of seven-year-old Deontae Fisher and wounding of three other people.
He will be arraigned in the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas on Wednesday, March 16 at 1 p.m.What others are clicking on:
