COLUMBUS (WCMH) – A carjacking suspect was injured Tuesday morning following a chase that ended along Hudson Street.
It started after a report of a carjacking in the area of Cleveland Avenue and Innis Avenue around 3 a.m, according to the Sheriff’s office.
The car driven by the suspect was finally stopped in the area of Hudson St. and Atwood Terrace and the suspect was taken into custody.
Medics were called for both the suspect and an officer. The suspect was taken to an area hospital with unspecified injuries. The officer was uninjured.
