COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Investigators are hoping new photos of a burglary suspect help police find the man who broke into a west Columbus car dealership last month.
An unidentified man was spotted outside Brandywine Auto Sales, at 1877 Sullivant Ave., at about 9:15 pm on March 7. Investigators said he used a large rock to break the front window and entered the building.
Surveillance video captured the suspect rummaging through the drawers and cabinets of the front office area. Officials said nothing was reported stolen, but the property sustained major damage.
The suspect is described as a black male with a medium complexion in his mid-to-late 20s. He was last seen with a short, dark afro, heavy eyebrows, mustache and beard. He was wearing a very dark hooded jacket.
