“There’s nothing worse than bad actors, whether in the state or out of the state, creating misleading informational materials to be used to convince people to make a decision that is so important,” Rep. Joe Miller (D-Amherst) said.

Now, there is an effort at the Ohio Statehouse to ensure the law is clear and that voters are protected.
