COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Arnold Schwarzenegger will be switching gears from fitness to politics Sunday afternoon as he helps kick off Governor John Kasich’s campaign in a rally at the Franklin Park Conservatory at 2:30 p.m.

According to reports the actor and former governor of California has already donated the maximum of $2,700 dollars to Kasich’s campaign.
The “Terminator” has been in Columbus for several days spending time at the 2016 Arnold Sports Festival.
Some new poll numbers are out showing that Kasich is leading Donald Trump in the Michigan presidential primary.
Kasich leads Trump 33 to 31 percent according to American Research Group.
The the last poll taken by a A-R-G two weeks ago showed Kasich trailing Trump by 18 points.
