SAN FRANCISCO, CA (WCMH) – A pair of thieves struck a Make-A-Wish Foundation office in San Francisco and made off with sports memorabilia worth tens of thousands of dollars.
Security video shows the men carrying away a motorized scooter autographed and donated by a San Francisco Giants player.
The office kept the sports memorabilia in the office for fundraising purposes.
A donor had already paid $40k for that scooter.
Make-A-Wish officials believe the burglars used a crowbar to pry into the door of the office.
