COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Three people were taken to hospitals after a shooting near the Eastland Mall Sunday.
It happened around 2:22pm at an intersection of Refugee Road near the Ohio Thrift Store.
Police say 32-year-old Edward Stevenson, 27-year-old Davaris Luton and 25-year-old Demetrius Ferguson were stopped at a light when an unknown black male pulled up in a white Impala and started firing into their vehicle.
Stevenson was struck in his left elbow. Luton was struck several times all over his body and Ferguson was struck in his left leg.
Luton was taken to a hospital in critical condition, the other victims were transported in stable condition.
