LONDON (WCMH) – London Police say that three businesses must appear before the liquor control commission after selling alcohol to an underage individual.
On Friday, the London Police and the Ohio Investigative Unit conducted compliance checks at 10 businesses in London by using an underage individual who presented valid identification showing the individual was underage.
London Police say that Los Mariachi’s Mexican Restaurant on Lafayette Street, BP Gas on East High Street and Shell Gas on Lafayette Street sold alcohol to the underage person. The Ohio Investigative Unit issued citations to these businesses and the employees accused to selling the alcohol face misdemeanor charges of selling an alcoholic beverage to and underage person. Those employees must appear before the Madison County Municipal Court.What others are clicking on:
