CLEVELAND, OH (NBC News) — We’re getting a first look at the lineup of speakers at next week’s Republican National Convention.
At least 20 current or former politicians will take the stage, according to a partial list obtained by NBC News. The names include House Speaker Paul Ryan, Sen. Ted Cruz, Newt Gingrich and Gov. Chris Christie.
NFL quarterback Tim Tebow, actor and former underwear model Antonio Sabato Jr., Silicon Valley billionaire Peter Thiel, Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and Las Vegas casino owner Phil Ruffin are also set to speak at the convention.
NBC News says four of Trump’s children and his wife, Melania will also speak as will former presidential rivals Dr. Ben Carson and Scott Walker.
As far as the vice presidential candidate, Donald Trump says he’ll make that formal announcement tomorrow.What others are clicking on:
