COLUMBUS (WCMH) – Police say a tip from a civilian helped them locate missing 11-year-old Oliver Dickens.
According to Columbus police, Oliver Dickens was last seen walking in the area of the Northern Lights shopping center on Monday.
Dickens was found in good health and has been returned to his mother.
