ROSS CO., OH (WCMH)–The Ross County Sheriff’s Office says it is investigating after a train and a dump truck collided at 6580 3 Locks Road, south of Chillicothe, on Thursday.

The sheriff’s office says Marty Chasteen, 62, was westbound on a private drive and failed to yield right-of-way to the southbound train. He was flown to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center after being extricated from the wreckage.
