GLOUSTER, OH (WCMH) — All home athletic events are cancelled at Trimble Local Schools because of a large number of strep throat cases, the school district announced on Facebook.

The district says multiple students and staff were sick, and that the district is doing a “thorough cleaning” of buildings and buses.

School was also closed Friday.
