MT. GILEAD, Ohio (WCMH)–Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged a Cardington man with his fifth lifetime OVI after a one-vehicle traffic crash on Jan. 9.
Harry L. Thornton Jr. was arrested on after a crash on Township Road 124 at approximately 8:29 p.m. that day. He was also cited for failure to control, according to the Morrow Co. Municipal Court website.
