WEST BABYLON, NY (WCMH)– A man has been arrested and charged with a fatal hit-and-run, two years after his twin brother was charged with a similar crime.
According to News 12 Long Island, 36-year-old Christopher Bacayon has been charged for leaving the scene of a crash after a man was hit and killed in October of 2015.
Bacayon’s twin brother, Benedict, pleaded guilty to a similar hit-and-run that occurred in October of 2013. Both crashes just happened two miles apart.
