NEW BRAUNFELS, TX (KXAN) – Two people are in custody in connection to the death of a man found by Pokemon Go players, according to the Comal County Sheriff’s Office.
The body of Christopher Lowe, 34, was found Aug. 25 in a cemetery South of New Braunfels. An autopsy revealed he died from blunt force trauma and multiple stab wounds.
Investigators arrested Luis Deleon and Sunee Schriewer over the weekend. Both of them were booked into jail on $250,000 bonds.
A man and a woman found the body at the Saint Joseph Cemetery while they were out playing Pokmemon Go during their lunch break. The body was discovered just a few hundred feet from Interstate 35. They found the body around 11:54am and reported it to authorities.
