COLUMBUS (WCMH) — In anticipation of the Netflix revival of Gilmore Girls, two Columbus coffee shops will transform into Luke’s Diner for a day and give away free cups of coffee.
Luke’s Diner is a greasy spoon where the characters of the show often hang out and eat.
On October 5, Upper Cup Coffee at 79 Parsons Avenue and Short North Coffee at 1203 North High Street will be decked out in “all the Luke’s Diner essentials,” according to Eater. Netflix is footing the bill for branded aprons, t-shirts and free coffee from 7am until noon.
The Gilmore Girls reboot will premiere on Netflix on November 25.
